KaiLai's folding kraft paper burger box is a branded disposable food container for burgers, meal deals and pasta takeaway. It is die-cut from food-grade white paper, brown kraft paper, natural bamboo paper, bleached bamboo paper or clay coated paperboard in 90-210GSM or 230-320GSM stock, and can be lined with PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base coating for grease and moisture resistance. Sizes cover 16oz, 26oz and 32oz across the PB, TPB and SPB series, including rectangle pasta boxes with a window. Artwork is flexo or offset printed in up to 7 colors with custom logo, embossing and matt lamination. MOQ 50,000pcs, customized packaging accepted, sample for free.

KaiLai's folding kraft paper burger box is a die-cut, one-piece food container for burgers, meal deals and hot takeaway. It is assembled by folding rather than glued, which is why it can be shipped flat and stacked by the thousand: a store folds a box only when it is about to be filled, so the packed volume on the shelf is a fraction of an erected box. The kraft board also takes embossing and matt lamination, so a plain meal box can carry a raised logo without a printed wrap.

Board is food-grade white paper, brown kraft paper, natural bamboo paper, bleached bamboo paper or clay coated paperboard, in 90-210GSM or 230-320GSM stock. Lining options are PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base, so a hot, greasy burger does not bleed through the base within the delivery window. Artwork is flexo or offset printed in up to 7 colours; a plain kraft face is also a valid choice when the brand relies on embossing and lamination instead of ink.
