KaiLai's single wall paper cup is a disposable hot and cold drink cup supplied in twenty items from 2.5oz to 50oz, including 8oz and 12oz bodies in three different rim diameters, so lid fit can be matched to an existing carrier or sleeve before a PO is raised. The cup is formed from one PE coated blank at 210-320GSM food grade white paper, brown kraft paper or bamboo paper, with PE lining as standard and PLA or PBS available for compostable programmes. Outside print is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours across the full wrap, which is the entire printable surface. MOQ is 50,000pcs, customized design and packaging are accepted, and shipments leave from Shanghai or Nanjing.
Single wall cups are the cheapest format per unit, so the buying decision is almost always about rim fit rather than construction: the lid, the carrier and the sleeve all key off the top diameter. KaiLai publishes that diameter for 20 items from a 62mm 2.5oz tasting cup to a 115mm 50oz bucket, and lists the 8oz body in 80mm, 85mm and 90mm rims and the 12oz in the same three, because those three cups are not interchangeable on a lid.
Single wall paper cup — 2.5oz to 50oz, 210-320GSM, custom logo print
The cup is formed from one PE coated blank at 210-320GSM, in food grade white paper, brown kraft paper or bamboo paper, with the sidewall seam side sealed and the rim rolled to take a standard lid. Lining options run PE, PLA and PBS, so the same cup can be quoted either as the standard polyethylene build or as a compostable one without changing tooling. Outside print is flexo or offset up to 7 colours on the full wrap, which is the whole surface a single wall cup offers.
Twenty sizes from 2.5oz to 50oz — 50pcs per bag, 20-40 bags per case
Case configuration changes with cup size and this is where quotations usually drift. The 2.5oz packs 50pcs per bag and 40 bags per case, 1,344 cartons to a 40HQ; the 7oz loads 1,778 cartons, the highest in the range; the 50oz drops to 25pcs per bag, 20 bags per case and 458 cartons. A mixed-size container will not reach the carton count of a single-size load, so quote each size on its own line.

PS: specification is top diameter × bottom diameter × height in mm. Sizes sharing a volume but not a rim — 8oz in 80/85/90mm and 12oz in 80/85/90mm — need separate lids and separate carriers; customized design and customized packaging are available.
