KaiLai's single wall paper cup is a disposable hot and cold drink cup supplied from 4oz to 44oz, built for coffee shops, restaurants and airline catering. The body is food-grade white paper, kraft paper, bamboo paper or bagasse paper with a plastic coating, and the lining can be PE, PLA or Bio-PBS depending on whether the market needs a compostable option. Single coated stock is used for hot drinks and double coated stock for cold drinks, with side seam and base sealed to hold without leaking. Printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, lids fit the full range, MOQ is 100,000pcs, and customized sizes and packaging are accepted.

KaiLai's single wall paper cup is the workhorse format for takeaway coffee, tea and cold drinks. One paper wall carries the whole structure, so the cup stays light in the hand and stacks tightly in the dispenser, while the printed outer surface runs edge to edge for full-wrap branding. The range runs from 4oz for espresso and tasting portions up to 44oz for fountain drinks, which lets a chain standardise on one supplier across its whole menu instead of splitting small and large formats between factories.
Single wall paper cup — 4oz to 44oz, hot and cold drink service
Body stock is food-grade white paper, brown kraft paper, natural or bleached bamboo paper, or bagasse paper, with a plastic coating on the drinking side. PE is the standard lining; PLA and Bio-PBS are the compostable routes for markets moving off PE. Single coated board is specified for hot drinks and double coated board for cold drinks, because condensation on a cold cup wets a single coating from the outside. The side seam and the base are sealed to hold without leaking, and the rim is rolled to take a lid that seats without seeping at the join.
