A takeaway noodle and pasta box in two shapes: a round tapered box for noodles, rice and pasta, and a rectangle box with a flat front panel for bento-style builds. Both are formed from 230-320GSM food-grade white paper, kraft paper or bamboo paper, with PE lamination standard and PLA, Bio-PBS or water-based coating available; the film is water and grease resistant, which keeps sauce-heavy noodle dishes from marking the board. Lids lock on a rolled edge, and the rectangle body can be ordered with a window. Sizes are 16oz, 26oz and 32oz, packed 50pcs per bag. Buyers are noodle bars, pasta takeaway, bento kitchens and canteens. A takeaway noodle or pasta box is specified by footprint before volume, because the box has to sit flat in a delivery bag and stack under a heat lamp. This range offers the same 16oz, 26oz and 32oz fills in two footprints: a round tapered body on the PB and TPB items, and a flat-bottomed rectangle on the SPB items at 76 × 58 × 85mm, 82 × 68 × 103mm and 92 × 72 × 110mm. A 16oz round box suits one portion of noodles; the 32oz is the sharing or family size, and the rectangle takes a window if the menu needs the food visible.
Paper noodle box — 16oz / 26oz / 32oz, 230-320GSM board, round tapered or rectangle body
The body is food-grade white paper, kraft paper or bamboo paper at 230-320GSM, with the food side PE laminated as standard and PLA lining, PBS coating or water-based coating as the alternatives; all of them are specified as water and grease resistant, which is what keeps a sauce-heavy noodle dish from marking the board within a normal delivery window. The lid is a folding flap with a locking tab rather than a separate lid, so it stays attached and the boxes stack stably when filled. Print is flexo or offset up to 7 colours on the outside panels.
Round and rectangle pasta boxes — 50pcs per bag, 8 to 20 bags per case, window optional
Loadability is decided by the shape, not the volume. The rectangle SPB-16oz packs 50pcs × 8 bags into a 64 × 23 × 37.5cm carton and loads 1,232 cartons per 40HQ; the round PB-16oz packs 50pcs × 20 bags into 52.5 × 43 × 59cm and loads 517, less than half the count because the round body wastes corner space. The 32oz TPB loads 590 against 791 for the 32oz SPB. Minimum order is 50,000pcs, and a window adds one die-cut step to the same carton.

Two footprints, one fill — 16oz, 26oz and 32oz exist as both round tapered and rectangle, so a menu can be re-packed without changing the portion.

Locking folding lid, no separate part — the tab stays on the box and filled boxes stack stably, so a delivery bag does not need a tray.
