This is the 10oz build of KaiLai's double wall cup line — 89mm top diameter, 59mm base, 95mm high, the standard café flat-white and latte format — offered in eco-friendly kraft board with a custom logo printed on the outer wall and a PS lid option. The line runs from the narrow 8oz DW-8oz(80) at 80mm through 12oz, 16oz, 20oz and 24oz at 90mm, so one artwork profile scales across a whole hot drinks menu. Board weight is 210-350GSM, lining is PE with PLA and Bio-PBS available, packing is 25pcs per bag across 20 bags per case, and carton loading is published per size — from 1,155 cartons per 40HQ on the 8oz down to 295 on the 24oz. Buyers sourcing a 10oz double wall cup are usually costing a menu, not a single SKU: the same cup has to work for a flat white, a latte and a large takeaway, and the print has to hold up on a kraft surface that shows every registration error. KaiLai builds this line on one 89mm 10oz body — 89mm top, 59mm bottom, 95mm high — with the outer wall left free for logo artwork, and pairs it with a PS lid so the cup can leave the counter sealed.

Two walls of paper with air between them carry the heat, so the drink side stays hot while the outside stays holdable — the reason a double wall cup is specified instead of a single wall cup plus a sleeve. The board is food-grade white paper, brown kraft paper or bamboo paper at 210-350GSM; the lining is PE as standard, with PLA and Bio-PBS as the compostable alternatives. Outside print is flexo or offset up to 7 colours. Because the outer wall is a separate sheet, a change of artwork does not disturb the inner cup, which keeps repeat orders stable.

What most quotes leave out is loadability. Below, every size carries its own carton dimension and cartons-per-40HQ figure, so the freight per cup can be calculated before the order is placed: the 8oz narrow cup loads 1,155 cartons, the 24oz drops to 295. Both 8oz builds are listed because the 80mm and 90mm bodies are not interchangeable on a lid or a carrier.
