This biodegradable to go container is a rectangle paper box with a tab lock top and PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water based coating, built in seven sizes from 500ml to 2400ml on 230-320GSM food grade board. Packing runs 50pcs per bag, 4 to 9 bags per case, and a 40HQ holds 673 to 928 cartons depending on size. Printing is flexo or offset up to 7 colours, MOQ is 50,000pcs, and the box closes without tape for delivery, delis and airline catering.

A take-away box has to do three things at once: close with one hand while the other holds a bag, stack without crushing the box underneath, and hold a sauce-heavy dish without the corner wicking. That is why the closure and the board weight are specified before the print. This is a rectangle take out paper box with a tab lock top, coated inside to stop grease and moisture reaching the board, and it is sold to restaurants, delis and take-out operators.
Take out paper box — 500ml to 2400ml, 230-320GSM food grade board
The range runs seven volumes: 500ml, 550ml, 650ml, 1000ml, 1400ml, 1800ml and 2400ml, on three footprints. TOB-1S at 550ml and TOB-1 at 650ml share a 111 × 90mm base; TOB-8S at 500ml and TOB-8 at 1000ml share 152 × 120mm and differ only in depth, 38mm against 64mm; TOB-2 at 1400ml, TOB-3 at 1800ml and TOB-4 at 2400ml share 197-198 × 140mm at 48, 64 and 89mm deep. Three footprints cover seven menu positions, so a dish moves from side to sharing box without re-planning the shelf.
Board is 230-320GSM food grade white paper, kraft paper, bamboo paper or clay coated paperboard, and coating is PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water base. PE is the standard barrier for a hot, oily dish; PLA and Bio-PBS give a compostable claim; water base is the repulpable route. Both sealing styles are available — outside glue sealing and inner electric sealing.

Printing is flexo or offset up to 7 colours with a customized logo, and the box loads fruit, meals and other solid food. Certification on file is SGS, ISO9001, BRC, FSC, LFGB, BSCI and FDA. MOQ is 50,000pcs per size and print run, and packing is dense by design: the 1400ml box runs 50pcs × 4 bags to a case at 840 cartons per 40HQ, while the 500ml box runs 40pcs × 6 bags at 928 cartons.
To quote, send the volume mix, the coating, whether the box needs outside glue or inner electric sealing, the print colour count and the destination port. Dimensions below are top × bottom × height in mm.
