KaiLai's takeaway food box is a fold-and-lock paper container for delivery and take-out service, supplied in seven moulds from 500ml to 2400ml with 230GSM-320GSM board in white paper, kraft paper or bamboo paper. Lining is PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base, so a curry, a noodle dish or a rice bowl does not soak the board before it reaches the customer. The lid locks shut without tape, the box stacks flat for a delivery bag, and outside glue sealing or inner electric sealing can be specified. Printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, MOQ is 50,000pcs, and every size ships with its carton count and CTNS/40HQ so freight can be quoted up front.

A take-out box fails in the bag, not on the counter. It gets stacked under another order, tilted on a scooter, and shaken for fifteen minutes before the customer opens it — so the two things that matter are the lock and the lining. KaiLai's takeaway food box closes with a folded tab that holds without tape and reopens without tearing the lid, and the board is lined with PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base coating so sauce and oil stay inside instead of wicking through the corner seams.

Seven moulds run from the 500ml 8S# box for a side or a small portion up to the 2400ml 4# box for a sharing meal. Board is food-grade white paper, kraft paper or bamboo paper at 230GSM-320GSM, and the box can be built with outside glue sealing or inner electric sealing depending on which seam has to stay invisible. Every item ships with its carton size and CTNS/40HQ, so a buyer can work out container fill and landed cost before placing the order rather than after.
