KaiLai's take out paper box is a disposable food container supplied in seven volumes from 500ml to 2400ml, from the 152 × 120 × 38mm side box up to the 198 × 140 × 89mm family meal, so a single menu can be packed without changing board grade. The body uses 230-320GSM food grade brown kraft paper, white paper or bamboo paper, lined with PE as standard or with PLA, Bio-PBS and water based coating for grease and water resistance, and the seam is either outside glue sealed or inner electric sealed. Printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, the lock lid folds flat, MOQ is 50,000pcs, customized design and packaging are accepted, and shipments leave from Shanghai or Nanjing.
A take out box is bought by the case, but it is chosen by the portion. Buyers usually need one board weight that covers a 500ml side and a 2400ml family meal, and the question that decides the order is whether the base holds sauce without wicking. KaiLai covers seven volumes from 500ml at 152 × 120 × 38mm up to 2400ml at 198 × 140 × 89mm, in 230-320GSM food grade kraft, white or bamboo paper, with the lid locking flat on a filled box.

The body is one die cut blank, folded and sealed on two different lines depending on the run: outside glue sealing for the standard build, inner electric sealing where the seam has to sit inside the food area. Brown kraft is the default for fried and saucy menus because it hides grease bloom; white paper gives the cleanest registration for four-colour artwork, and bamboo paper supplies a natural fibre surface. Lining is PE as standard, with PLA, Bio-PBS or water based coating for grease and water resistance.
Seven volumes on one board grade — 40-50pcs per bag, 4-9 bags per case
Case counts swing widely across the range, so freight per unit has to be checked before the size mix is fixed. The 650ml 1# packs 50pcs per bag and 9 bags per case, 723 cartons to a 40HQ; the 500ml 8S packs 40pcs per bag, 6 bags per case and loads 928 cartons, yet carries only 240pcs per case. The 2400ml 4# drops to 160pcs per case and 711 cartons. Mixing sizes inside one container rarely optimises as well as a single-SKU load.
