A brown kraft lunch box is bought for two reasons: the unbleached board reads as low-plastic to the customer, and the kraft surface takes a one-colour logo stamp without the washed-out look a white board gives. KaiLai builds this box in food-grade brown kraft paper, 230-320GSM, in seven sizes from 500ml to 2400ml — the 1# 650ml at 111 × 90 × 64mm for a single portion, the 3# 1800ml and 4# 2400ml at 198mm long for family and sharing meals. Custom logo printing runs flexo or offset up to 7 colours, and the box is sealed either outside-glue or inner-electric, so the same blank serves a folded street-food box and a leak-conscious delivery box. Unbleached brown kraft is the reason this lunch box sells, and also the reason it is harder to print than a white board. Kraft absorbs ink differently, so a one-colour logo reads warm and matte instead of sharp and glossy — which is exactly the look most takeaway brands are chasing, but it also means the artwork has to be set for the board, not lifted from a white-cup file. KaiLai prints this box flexo or offset up to 7 colours on food-grade kraft, and the same blank is available in white paper or bamboo paper if a colour match matters more than the kraft look.

Seven sizes cover the range a delivery menu actually needs. The 8S# 500ml (152 × 120 × 38mm) is the shallow tray for sides and pastries; the 1S# 550ml and 1# 650ml (111 × 90mm) are the single-portion boxes; the 8# 1000ml (152 × 120 × 64mm) sits between the two; and the 2#, 3# and 4# at 197-198 × 140mm run 1400ml, 1800ml and 2400ml for sharing plates and family meals. Two of those long boxes, the 3# and 4#, differ only in height — 64mm against 89mm — so a kitchen can move up a volume without changing its shelf or its bag.
Seven moulds, 500ml to 2400ml — easy lock, stacking, solid food
Two structural choices decide how the box performs on the way to the customer. The lock is a push-fit tab, easy to close one-handed at the pass. The seal is either outside glue or inner electric sealing — outside glue is the cheaper, faster line for dry and semi-dry food, inner electric sealing puts the weld inside the box where grease cannot reach the seam, which is what a 2400ml box loaded with a wet curry needs. Barrier is PE lamination as standard, with PLA lining and Bio-PBS coating as the compostable alternatives.
