KaiLai's double wall paper cup is a disposable hot drink cup supplied in 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz and 24oz for coffee chains, restaurants and airline service. An air gap sits between the printable outer wall and the inner cup, so a freshly poured 100°C drink stays comfortable in the hand without a sleeve and the outer surface stays dry in a carrier. The inner layer is single coated paper rated to resist 100 degree water, and the body uses food-grade white paper, kraft paper, bamboo paper or bagasse paper. Lining options are PE, PLA or Bio-PBS, printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, MOQ is 100,000pcs, and customized sizes and packaging are accepted.

KaiLai's double wall paper cup solves the one problem a single wall cup cannot: a 100°C drink on a bare hand. Two paper walls are formed with an air gap between them, so heat reaches the outer surface slowly and the customer can hold the cup without a sleeve, a napkin or a second cup. That gap also keeps the outer wall dry when the cup sits in a carrier or a delivery bag, which is why café chains specify double wall for takeaway espresso and latte service rather than adding a cardboard sleeve at the counter.

The inner cup is single coated paper rated to resist 100 degree water, so the drink side stays sealed against hot liquid and steam. The outer wall is the printable layer and its surface is good for full-wrap artwork. Sizes run 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz and 24oz, covering a small flat white up to a large takeaway americano. Body stock is food-grade white paper, brown kraft paper, bamboo paper or bagasse paper, with PE as the standard lining and PLA or Bio-PBS as the compostable alternatives.
