KaiLai's takeaway food box is a fold-lock paper container supplied in seven moulds from 500ml to 2400ml, for noodles, rice, salad and solid takeaway meals. Board runs 230GSM-320GSM in food-grade white paper, kraft paper or bamboo paper, with PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base lining so sauces and oil stay inside the box. The lid locks with a folded tab and the carton can be built with outside glue sealing or inner electric sealing, and matt lamination is available for a softer surface finish. Printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, MOQ is 50,000pcs, and lid-mounted condiment corners can be added for noodle service.

KaiLai's takeaway food box is a one-piece paper container that folds from a flat blank and locks with a tuck-in tab. Seven moulds run from the 500ml 8S# box, sized for a side or a small noodle portion, up to the 2400ml 4# box for a family-size meal or a sharing rice dish. The range exists because a single restaurant rarely sells one portion size: the same counter needs a small format for soup and a deep format for a noodle bowl, and buying both from one factory keeps board, print and packing consistent across the menu.
Takeaway food box — TOB-8S 500ml through TOB-4 2400ml
Board is food-grade white paper, kraft paper or bamboo paper at 230GSM-320GSM. Lining is PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base, chosen against the food: a dry rice dish needs less barrier than a curry or a noodle box with broth. The box can be built with outside glue sealing or inner electric sealing, and matt lamination is available where a softer, non-glossy surface is wanted for a premium look. Printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, so the lid and all four walls carry artwork rather than a stock design.
