KaiLai's disposable paper popcorn bucket is made for cinema, stadium and takeaway snack service, and the same tapered body is used for fried chicken and French fries. Stock runs 230gsm-320gsm in white paper, brown kraft paper, natural bamboo paper, bleached bamboo paper or clay coated paperboard, lined with PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base coating. The sturdy, leak-proof body keeps butter and oil from soaking through and lets staff grab, fill and serve in one motion. Sizes run up to 170oz, artwork is flexo or offset printed in up to 7 colours, customized logo and customized packing are accepted, and sample for free.

The same body is used for fried chicken and French fries, so one supplier can cover a whole snack menu. It is made for snack, cookie, candy and potato chips service as well as beverages, with a sturdy structure that lets staff grab, fill and serve in one motion.
Disposable paper popcorn bucket — custom printed, tapered single-wall body
Board weight runs from 230gsm to 320gsm and is customizable, in white paper, brown kraft paper, natural bamboo paper, bleached bamboo paper or clay coated paperboard. Each bucket is lined with PE, PLA, Bio-PBS or water-base coating to hold butter and oil without soaking through, then finished with matt lamination or varnishing. Artwork is applied by flexo or offset printing in up to 7 colours, and both the logo and the packing are customized to your brief.
