KaiLai's popcorn bucket is a tapered paper bucket supplied in twelve moulds from 24oz to 170oz, for cinemas, vending machines and snack counters. Board runs 210GSM-350GSM in food-grade white paper, clay coated paperboard or bamboo paper, with PE, PLA or PBS lining so butter and oil do not mark the wall. The range includes straight buckets, tall buckets and a 64oz butterfly format, so a cinema can stock the small counter size and the sharing size from one factory. Printing is flexo or offset in up to 7 colours, MOQ is 50,000pcs, and carton counts per 40HQ are given per item so freight can be costed before the order.

KaiLai's popcorn bucket is a tapered paper bucket built for volume service: a cinema counter, a vending machine or a snack stand where the bucket is filled, handed over and eaten from in the same five minutes. Twelve moulds run from 24oz for a child's portion up to 170oz for a sharing bucket, and the range includes tall versions and a 64oz butterfly format so the same supplier covers a full menu rather than a single size.
Paper popcorn bucket — 12 moulds, 24oz to 170oz
Board is food-grade white paper, clay coated paperboard or bamboo paper at 210GSM-350GSM, with PE, PLA or PBS lining. The lining matters more than usual here because popcorn is served with melted butter: an unlined bucket marks through at the base within minutes, and a lined one holds the grease on the surface so the bucket stays stiff enough to carry. The wide rolled rim keeps its shape when the bucket is filled to the top, and the tapered body lets empty buckets nest for storage.
